Feeling overwhelmed?
Feeling stressed?
Let’s talk - things can feel different.
Welcome to Common Threads Counseling!
I’m Emma Schrader—I have been providing mental health therapy in Massachusetts since 2016. My work has primarily focused on supporting people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I feel passionate about helping people feel supported and feeling like they can make changes that might once have felt impossible. If you have been struggling or not feeling like yourself, please know that you are not alone and that change is possible. I currently have immediate openings and would love to talk about working together. You can reach out to me here and if you would like to learn more about me and my approach, check out my about page.
Please be aware that I am currently out on maternity leave. I will be returning to work in January 2025.
Feel free to reach out if you would like to be contacted when I am returning to work.
